Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across key HR functions, including employee records management, onboarding, recruitment coordination, and internal communications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain employee records, assist employees with accessing/updating their information, and respond to related inquiries.
  • Draft and maintain templates for official letters.
  • Support purchasing by preparing purchase orders and corresponding with vendors.
  • Coordinate onboarding by scheduling orientation and check-in sessions, preparing welcome gifts, and communicating new hire arrivals to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate recruitment by liaising with applicants, scheduling interviews/assessments, taking interview notes, and assisting with memos.
  • Drive internal communications by posting employee milestones, sharing learning opportunities, and supporting HR communication strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Results-oriented, detail-focused, and customer-oriented.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
