“Human Resources Advisor”
We are looking for an HR Advisor to reinforce our HR Team. As HR Advisor you will be dedicated to Compensation & Benefits and all administrative processes in our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Your duties include amongst others, oversee and maintaining our HRIS (AFAS), personnel records, monthly payroll, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records, job descriptions, company policies and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
Profile:
· Bachelor degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or relevant field;
· Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of HR;
· Proven broad work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role;
· Knowledge and experience with AFAS HR software is a pro;
· Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular);
· Thorough knowledge of labor laws;
· Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects;
· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills;
· Experience with HR procedures and ability to juggle various tasks in a timely manner.
